Anna Lindh Foundation
Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue Between Cultures
Formed in 2002, the Anna Lindh Foundation has 43 member states forming the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, including the European Union countries and those located along the east and south coasts of the Mediterranean Sea. Working as a ‘network of networks,’ the Foundation organises and participates in projects promoting intercultural dialogue as well as knowledge and mutual respect between the representatives of the various cultures in the Mediterranean region. It also offers grants for projects launched by network members, provides patronage to selected events and promotes the achievements of the Barcelona Process / Union for the Mediterranean. The ICC is the coordinator of the Foundation’s Polish network of over 75 organisations involved in culture, heritage, education, human rights, youth work, and international cultural cooperation.
