The unit collects, digitalises and makes available the ICC’s output (publications, posters, recordings, photographs) and materials which refer to:

• international cooperation in the field of culture and heritage,
• protection of cultural heritage worldwide,
• work under international cooperation networks (e.g. CIHA , RIHA , Europa Nostra, ENCATC, CultureActionEurope),
• EU cultural policy, in particular the European Culture Capitals,
• cooperation with international organisations – first of all with the UNESCO and the Council of Europe,
• intercultural dialogue, in particular the Anna Lindh Euro‑Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue
• between Cultures.

It also acquires and keeps reports from cultural institutions, conventions and charters on cultural heritage and works on the culture and heritage of Central Europe.
