Democracy & Diversity 9-27 July 2007 The 16th course organised jointly with the Transregional Centre for Democratic Studies of the New School University, New York. Its addressees are junior scholars from around the world. Offering the equivalent of a full semester’s graduate study at an American University, it brings an interdisciplinary and comparative approach to bear on the study of social, political and cultural challenges to democracy and democratisation today.
